Appeal from an amended order of the Family Court, Orleans *1101County (James P. Punch, J.), entered December 8, 2004 in a proceeding pursuant to Family Court Act article 6. The amended order modified a prior order and granted primary physical custody of petitioner’s son to respondent.
It is hereby ordered that the amended order so appealed from be and the same hereby is unanimously affirmed without costs.
