The present case was an action brought in the Civil Court of Fulton County based upon an alleged conversion of personal property, and was submitted to the trial judge without the intervention of a jury; and after the plaintiff had presented its evidence the defendant made a motion "for a judgment” on the grounds plaintiff had not proved a conversion or the value of the property, the property having been sold by the defendant prior to the bringing of the action.
