COLE, J.
Upon his trial by the court without a jury, the appellant, Lonnell G. Glover, was found guilty of possessing a weapon under Code § 18.2-308.2(A), after having been previously convicted of robbery, and guilty of possession of cocaine. On February 19, 1985, he was sentenced to three years on the handgun charge and one year on the cocaine charge.
