THACKER, Circuit Judge:

Dean Paul Stitz (“Appellant”) appeals the district court’s determination -that a factual basis existed for his plea of guilty to distribution of child pornography. Specifically, the main issues on appeal are whether use of a peer-to-peer file-sharing system constitutes, “distribution” of child pornography pursuant to 18 U.S.C. § 2252A(a)(2)(A), and whether Appellant possessed the requisite mens rea.
