This matter comes before the Court on “Plaintiffs’ Rule 56(f) Motion and Affidavit to Deny or Continue Defendants’ Motion for Summary Judgment Pending Oral and Written Discovery” (Doc. 182). The Court has outlined the nature of the claims and the procedural history of this case in previous orders, see, e.g., Cima v.
