Lañara D. Oliver (Claimant) petitions for review from the order of the Unemployment Compensation Board of Review (Board) which reversed the referee’s grant of benefits under Section 402(e) of the Unemployment Compensation Law (Law).1

Claimant worked as a preschool teacher for Bostley’s Preschool (Employer) from February 26, 2007, through February 26, 2009.
