KENT, District Judge.

In this employment discrimination action, now before the Court are Defendants’ Motions for Summary Judgment, dated March 7,1997. For the reasons set forth below, the Motions are GRANTED IN PART and DENIED IN PART.

I. BACKGROUND FACTS

Plaintiff filed this lawsuit on September 18, 1996, against American National Insurance Company (ANICO) and Defendant Bush alleging sexual harassment, sex discrimination, race discrimination, constructive discharge and retaliation prohibited by Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended by the Civil Rights Act of 1991.
