WELLIYER, Judge.
Appellant, Steven L. Hughes, was convicted of first degree robbery by means of a dangerous and deadly weapon, § 560.135, RSMo Supp.1975, and felony car tampering, § 560.175, RSMo 1969. He was sentenced to consecutive terms of thirty years’ imprisonment for the robbery and five years’ imprisonment on the tampering offense.
