This appeal arises from an order of the district court releasing *233over $148,000 in premiums collected by appellant Frontier Insurance Service, Inc., as agent for Allied Fidelity Insurance Company, to the Nevada Insurance Commissioner in connection with the liquidation of Allied. Discerning no error in the proceedings below, we affirm.
