SMITH, Circuit Judge.

Jerry Golliher was convicted by a jury of attempted commercial sex trafficking of a minor. He appeals, arguing that his counsel was ineffective and that the district court 1 should have admitted certain emails, provided the trial transcript to the jury in response to a jury question, and stricken the prosecutor’s allegedly improper statements. We affirm.
