MEMORANDUM OPINION & ORDER

Defendant Transportation Security Administration (“TSA”) employed Plaintiff Norman P. Lupescu at Chicago Midway Airport for seven months before terminating him. Subsequently, Lupescu brought this employment discrimination suit, alleging that that the TSA engaged in unlawful racial discrimination and retaliation in vio lation of Title YII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, codified as amended at 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq.
