1Opinion of the Court

Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Westchester County (Colabella, J.), rendered May 10, 1995, convicting him of manslaughter in the second degree, criminal possession of a weapon in the second degree, and criminal possession of a weapon in the third degree, after a nonjury trial, and imposing sentence.
