This is an action by three members of Local Union 225 of the United Brotherhood of Carpenters and Joiners of America (“Local”), suing individually and on behalf of the Local, against the International Union, its District Council, an elected officer of the District Council, and the Secretary of Labor (“Secretary”). This action is brought pursuant to the Labor Management Reporting and Disclosure Act of 1959 (“Act”), 29 U.S.C. §§ 401 et seq. Plaintiffs also assert jurisdiction under 5 U.S.C. § 701 et seq.
