A jury found Thomas Pierson guilty of two counts of sexual assault of a person in custody, four counts of violation of oath by a public officer, and one count each of false imprisonment and tampering with evidence. He appeals from the judgment on his convictions, arguing that the evidence was insufficient to support his sexual assault and violation of oath convictions. For the reasons set forth, infra, we affirm.
