{¶ 1} On March 11, 2010, relators, Paul Gerhardt and Ginger Gerhardt, filed a petition for a writ of mandamus. Relators allege that they have suffered physical damage to their persons and property on account of the Springfield-Beckley Municipal Airport’s proximity to relators’ residence, which is located at 400 Sparrow Road, Springfield, Clark County, Ohio.
