As finally presented this suit is one by Laura V. Diffey, joined by her husband, J. B. Diffey, to cancel, on the ground of fraud, a deed from the plaintiffs to E. E. King, Jr., and a trust deed executed by said E. E. King in favor of the Collin County National Bank, Y. T. Manning, and C. E. Lewis. The facts out of which the controversy arises are, substantially, as follows:
