This is an appeal by Roy Lee Lumber Company et al., appellants, from a judgment against them in the district court of Jefferson County in favor of Thomas N. Green, appellee, in a suit for damages arising out of an automobile-truck collision.
The appellee Green was driving his car south on Fourth Street in the City of Beaumont, accompanied by three fellow workmen. He stopped his car and parked it on Fourth Street between Laurel Avenue and South Street. The car was stopped on the right-hand side of the street near the curb.
