NEWMAN, District Judge.
This is a suit by the trustee in bankruptcy of W. D. Wilson to recover of Mrs. Amanda J. Wilson, the wife of the bankrupt, certain real estate in Hall county, Ga. The case was referred to W. B. Sloan, Esq., as special master, and his report, which will show the issues in the case and the finding of the special master on these issues, and his final conclusions in the matter, is as follows:
