S. D. Robbins recovered a judgment against V. R. Din-kins on March 25, 1941.

Execution thereon was issued on May 24, 1941, and lodged with the Sheriff of Clarendon County for collection. Notice for the appointment of appraisers to set off homestead was served on Dinkins on June 13, 1941; thereafter on August 6th homestead was set off to him; and on the same date the Sheriff levied on certain of his property.
