Presently before the Court is the motion of the defendant FDIC to reconsider that part of the Court’s order of May 13, 1980, 492 F.Supp. 546, 562 (N.D.Ga.1980), in which it denied the FDIC’s motion for entry of final judgment. In that order the Court also granted plaintiffs’ motion for certification of immediate appeal, pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1292(b), of the Court’s non-final order of March 4, 1980, 492 F.Supp. 546 (N.D.Ga.1980), granting the FDIC’s motion for summary judgment.
