KELLEY, Judge.

Lubrizol Corporation Employee Benefits Plan (the Plan) appeals from an order of the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County (state court) which denied the Plan’s motion for judgment on the pleadings. We affirm.

The facts of this case are as follows. The Plan provides health care benefits to retirees of the Lubrizol Corporation and their dependents. Francis L. was a retiree of the Lubrizol Corporation and member of the Plan.
