Plaintiff Dennis appeals the grant of summary judgment to contractor Excalibur Store Fixtures, Inc., and its vice-president and employee, Malt, in this suit for on-the-job injuries sustained by Dennis while a stockroom employee at Macy’s (formerly Davison’s).
