NIEMEYER, Circuit Judge:
On December 14, 2006, the Trustee in this Chapter 11 bankruptcy of National Gas Distributors, LLC, a distributor of natural gas to industrial, governmental, and other customers, commenced these adversary proceedings under 11 U.S.C. §§ 548(a) and 550(a) against three of National Gas’ customers by filing complaints to avoid numerous natural gas supply contracts entered into with these customers during the year before the bankruptcy petition…
