Petitioner seeks a temporary injunction, pending final disposition of charges before the Second Region of the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB), restraining respondent from engaging in certain conduct believed to be a secondary boycott and from striking in furtherance of what is believed to be a jurisdictional dispute, all in violation of the National Labor Relations Act *1099(NLRA).
