MEMORANDUM ORDER
JED S. RAKOFF, UNITED STATES DISTRICT JUDGE.
On April 11, 2016, petitioner Redeemer Committee of Highland Credit Strategies Funds (“the Committee”) filed under seal a petition to confirm an arbitration award. See Sealing Order, Dkt. 4. The sealing order was entered by the Judge presiding over Part I. By telephone conferences on April 12 and 13, 2016, the Court inquired of the parties as to the basis for sealing. After confirming that no party opposed the unsealing of the petition itself, the Court, on April 14, 2016, entered an order directing unsealing of the petition. See…
