DECISION

{¶ 1} Appellant, Abdel Latif, Inc., appeals from judgments of the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas affirming the orders of appellee, Ohio Liquor Control Commission ("commission"), that revoked appellant's liquor permit. Because reliable, probative and substantial evidence supports the commission's orders, because the orders are in accordance with law, and because the penalty is not subject to modification on appeal, we affirm.
