After an attack on his wife and 11-year-old stepdaughter, William Scott Temple was indicted by a Polk County grand jury on charges of rape, aggravated sexual battery, four counts of aggravated assault, two counts of aggravated battery, two counts of false impris onment, two counts of possession of a firearm during commission of a felony, cruelty to children, terroristic threats, and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
