HILL, Justice.

[T1] Appellant, Aubrey MeClelland (McClelland), was convicted of one count of aggravated robbery in violation of Wyo. Stat. Ann. §§ 6-2-401(a)(@i) and (c)(ii) (LexisNexis 2005) 1 and of being a habitual criminal under Wyo. Stat. Ann. § 6-10-201 (LexisNexis 2005). 2 In a judgment and sentence entered on September 30, 2005, McClelland was sentenced to life in prison based on the habitual criminal, sentence enhancement statute (five prior felonies).
