Plaintiff, Western Transportation Co., brought this action seeking to recover approximately $1,500 which is the balance that plaintiff claimed was owed by defendant, Republic Molding Corporation, for shipment of defendant’s products. The circuit court of Cook County entered judgment in favor of plaintiff in the amount of $9.99.
