This is the second trial of a suit for damages brought by appellee against the theater corporation. The first trial resulted in a verdict for appellant herein and was appealed to this court and reversed. The opinion in that case was filed September 21, 1943, and is found in 233 Iowa 929, 11 N. W. 2d 36. The trial of the present case in the district court resulted in a verdict for appellee in the sum of $7,500 and appellant assigns four grounds of error.
