Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court (White, J.), entered May 13, 1986 in Montgomery County, which granted defendant union’s motion to (1) amend its answer to include the defense of Statute of Limitations and (2) dismiss plaintiff’s action against it on the ground that the action is time barred.
