delivered the opinion of the court.

This is an appeal from a decree of the circuit court of Coles county awarding to appellee a vendor’s lien for $406.68 on lots 10, 11 and 12 in block 13 in G-rant Park Place in Lafayette, Coles county, and directing a sale of said premises to satisfy said lien, upon the failure of appellants to pay said amount with interest within 90 days from date of said decree.
