This is an appeal from an order in bankruptcy dated February 23, 1934, which was made by the District Judge on petition to review the order of the referee in bankruptcy, settling the accounts of E. L. Pauley as receiver in an action brought by the Lion. Match Company against the Hercules Gasoline Company. In the order settling the account of E. L. Pauley as receiver, the referee had fixed the compensation of the receiver in the action in equity at. $7,500.
