Plaintiffs in error were plaintiffs in the trial court and we will herein refer to them as plaintiffs.

On or about November 1950, plaintiffs were conducting operations on improved real property in Weld county and, aside from the improvements on the property, were using valuable machinery and equipment located thereon. At that time defendants issued policies of insurance to plaintiffs on the buildings and machinery and equipment in the aggregate amount of $145,000.00, $17,-900.00 of which was upon the buildings and the balance on the personal property and…
