Milton Aired appeals from an order of the District Court denying his petition for a writ of habeas corpus. Aired was sentenced by Criminal Court of Davidson County, Tennessee, to 99 years imprisonment in the penitentiary for first degree murder in October 1956. He had been indicted for the murder of and the dismemberment of the body of his common-law wife.
