WANGELIN, Chief Judge.
This matter is before the Court for a decision on the merits of controversy submitted to this Court by way of a joint stipulation of fact entered into by the parties herein. Plaintiffs seek judgment for amounts representing paid vacation time allegedly vested in them. This cause arose following the termination of the collective bargaining agreement between the parties, a strike, the failure of the parties to reach a new agreement, and the termination of defendant’s business activities within the metropolitan St. Louis area.
