On January 18, 1922, plaintiff herein conveyed to John Benton French the following described property, to wit: “Two acres evenly off the North side of the Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (S. E. ⅛ of N. W. ⅛) and Twelve acres evenly off the South side of the Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (N. E. ¼ of N. W. ¼), Section 34, Township 233 North, Range 16 West, Caddo Parish, Louisiana,” and in said deed all of the minerals and rights were reserved by the said plaintiff. .This deed was lost, and on the 5th day of November, 1925, plaintiff executed another deed to…
