Now pending are several motions that arose in the context of a dispute between Wireless Buybacks, LLC (“Wireless”) and Hanover American Insurance Company (“Hanover”) over whether Hanover has a duty to defend Wireless in an underlying *445lawsuit. The parties have filed cross motions for partial summary judgment. Hanover also has filed a motion to stay summary judgment briefing, and Wireless has filed a request for judicial notice.
