This is an action for the recovery of damages for the alleged breach of certain contracts, for conspiracy to induce said breach and for other relief. Issue was joined on or about October 23, 1959. Thereafter the plaintiff moved for and obtained leave to amend his complaint by including an action for a permanent injunction, enjoining the defendant The Maccabees from terminating certain contracts between them, and for a declaratory judgment setting forth their respective rights and obligations thereunder.
