Appeal from an amended judgment of the County Court of Saratoga County, rendered April 3, 1979, which revoked defendant’s intermittent sentence and sentenced him to an indeterminate term of imprisonment with a maximum of four years. On March 2, 1978, defendant, as the result of a plea bargain, withdrew his plea of not guilty and entered a plea of guilty to the crime of criminal possession of a forged instrument in the second degree, in full satisfaction of an indictment charging him with two counts of criminal possession of a forged instrument in the second degree.
