1. Moore was standing inside her home looking through a picture window when she heard and saw Hughes' car crash into front porch of house and, after initial collision, move back and forth several times. There may be a recovery for negligent conduct, notwithstanding lack of physical impact, provided injured party pleads and proves by clear and convincing evidence that physical injury was natural result of fright or shock proximately caused by defendant's negligence.…
