This is an appeal from the District Court of Ector County, Texas, wherein the court overruled the plea of privilege presented by defendant, who is appellant in this appeal. This appellee, who was plaintiff in the trial court, set forth in his petition that he is a resident of Odessa, Ector County, Texas, and defendant is a resident of Corpus Christi, Nueces County, Texas.
