MEMORANDUM DECISION REGARDING OBJECTION TO PRIORITY CLAIM OF JEFF MISHKIN AND COUNTER-MOTION TO ALLOW ADMINISTRATIVE CLAIM OF MARCUS & MILLICHAP, INC.

The Debtor objects to a proof of claim filed by Jeff Mishkin on behalf of Marcus & Millichap, as a priority claim in the amount of $125,000 (the “Mishkin Claim”). The Creditors Committee joins the Debtor in objecting to the Mishkin Claim.
