This action has been brought into this court by writ of error to the judges of the Court of Common Pleas of Northampton county, where it was commenced by the defendants in error, against the plaintiff in error, for defamatory words spoken by him of Rebecca Buckecker, one of the defendants in error. There are six counts in the declaration. The words in the two first are that “ she whored with JohnHttff;” in the third and fourth,that “ she had whored with Doctor Stoutin the fifth, “ you are a whore,” and in…
