BOWEN, District Judge.

Plaintiff was an employee of Paper Products, Inc. [Paper Products]. She received serious personal injury during the operation of a machine called a “Beck Sheeter.” In this action, initially brought against Charles Beck Machine Corporation [Beck], plaintiff alleges that Beck negligently designed and manufactured a dangerous and unsafe machine.
