This action was brought by the plaintiff as a stockholder, director and voting trustee under a voting trust agreement affecting the stock of the Paramount Ice Corporation, on behalf of himself and others similarly situated, and on behalf of the corporation, to restrain certain claimed illegal acts of waste on the part of the defendants.
