This is an action to recover damages for personal injuries sustained by the plaintiff by reason of the defendant’s alleged negligence. Verdict for the plaintiff, and the defendant appealed from an order denying its motion for a new trial.
The case comes here upon a bill of exceptions, which does not purport to contain the evidence, but which does certify that upon the trial testimony was introduced tending to prove all of the allegations of the complaint and answer respectively.
