Plaintiffs appeal the Yamhill County Board of Property Tax Appeals Order, dated March 18, 2009, reducing the 2008-09 real market value of land identified as Account 541753 (subject property; also referred to as Lot 20).1 A telephone trial was held on January 13, 2011.
