¶ 1. Kenny Sims appeals the Pontotoc County Circuit Court’s decision affirming the Mississippi Workers’ Compensation Commission’s denial of his right to reopen his previously settled workers’ compensation claims. The Commission reversed an order by the administrative law judge, finding there was no basis to justify reopening the settlement.
