OPINION AND ORDER
SCHEINDLIN, District Judge.
Plaintiff Rieran Connell, proceeding pro se, served the defendant City of New York with a second Amended Complaint on May 26, 2001, 1 alleging violations of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq., and the Americans with Disabilities Act, 42 U.S.C. § 12001 et seq. (“ADA”). On July 9, 2001, defendants 2 moved to dismiss the Amended Complaint and on January 8, 2002, defendants’ motion was granted in part and plaintiffs Title VII claims and ADA discrimination claims were dismissed.
